Police in Oregon say that an intoxicated man entered a bar with a shotgun and was shortly disarmed and stopped by fast pondering bar patrons.

The suspect has been recognized as 39-year-old Arturo Michel-Apolinar who police say is going through fees that embrace menacing and illegal use of a weapon.
