Air quality advisory extended for Bay Area due to Oregon wildfire smoke
An air high quality advisory for the Bay Space was prolonged by way of Monday due to Oregon wildfire smoke drifting over the area, officers mentioned.
The smoke is coming from the Rum Creek Hearth in southwest Oregon, in line with the advisory first issued Sunday from the Bay Space Air High quality Administration District.
Skies will look hazy and the scent of smoke is predicted to be current, the advisory mentioned.
The district stopped in need of issuing a Spare the Air alert as a result of air pollution ranges are usually not anticipated to exceed federal well being requirements, in line with the advisory.
