Airman 1st Class Emerald Baskin-Younger, a structural apprentice from Cannon Air Drive Base’s twenty seventh Particular Operations Civil Engineer Squadron, was discovered useless Thursday in his off-base residence in Melrose, in accordance with a Cannon information launch.
