And I’m Naoka Foreman.

We’re focused on these critical issues, too.

It’s why we’re pleased to announce the Nevada Democracy Project.

This is a partnership between two respected news organizations, Vegas, PBS and the Nevada Independent.

It’s a new initiative focused on civic engagement and community conversations together.

We’re going out in the community to learn more about what Nevadans want their elected officials to focus on.

We’re hosting listening sessions to hear from you and taking your questions and concerns back to candidates running for office, because we believe every Nevadan affected by an issue should have a say in decision making around that issue.

Our team of experienced journalists will share valuable information across multiple platforms, ensuring coverage reaches more people where they’re at.

Access to accurate and clear information is critical.

The Nevada Democracy Project plans to be a continuous trusted source for that information.
