BOISE — The Idaho Division of Environmental High quality on Monday introduced the award of practically $1.7 million to 26 ingesting water and wastewater programs to assist the services consider and decide upgrades as a part of Gov. Brad Little’s “Main Idaho” plan.

North Idaho recipients included:

The remaining $40,000 for Athol might be funded by a USDA-Rural Growth Search Grant, whereas the remaining $40,000 for Plummer and Smelterville might be paid by the cities.
  • Central Shoshone County Water and Sewer District in Shoshone County was awarded $132,500 to organize a ingesting water planning research to guage its system and determine enhancements. The full eligible mission price is $265,000, and the remaining $132,500 might be funded by the district.
