Lewiston man breaks Idaho record with 23.5-inch smallmouth bass

CLEARWATER COUNTY, Idaho — A brand new Idaho catch and launch fishing document was set on Tuesday after Travis Wendt of Lewiston hooked an enormous smallmouth bass.
