Idaho Panhandle Logging Project Faces Skeptical Ninth Circuit

An environmental group claiming that the Forest Service is unlawfully utilizing a categorical exemption to hurry up a logging venture within the Idaho Panhandle Nationwide Forest appeared to sway the panel of judges throughout oral arguments on the Ninth Circuit Thursday.

“The Forest Service simply appears to be saying: ‘Belief us,’” Choose Ryan D. Nelson mentioned to company counsel Joan Pepin.
