BOISE — A lawsuit filed towards the Bonneville County Republican Central Committee (BCRCC) by the Idaho Republican Occasion has been dismissed.

Former Idaho Republican Occasion Chairman Tom Luna filed the lawsuit Might 12, days earlier than the first election, after the BCRCC and its leaders endorsed and made donations to candidates operating within the main election.
