IDAHO FALLS – The 300-acre East Hole Fireplace in Blackrock Canyon close to Pocatello might be partially contained Saturday night time as firefighters work to place it out.

The hearth began round 1:25 Saturday morning and in a information launch from the Jap Idaho Interagency Fireplace Heart Saturday afternoon, officers estimate the fireplace might be 65% contained by 9 p.m. with 100% containment Sunday at 6 p.m.

No accidents or threats to houses or buildings have been reported. The trigger remains to be being investigated.
