Coyotes in Idaho chasing skiers, 1 woman bitten: Officials

Idaho Fish and Recreation officers are trying to find solutions about why coyotes have been chasing skiers at a resort, even biting one individual.

Officers acquired experiences this month that coyotes seen on Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort in North Idaho had been chasing skiers as they skied down the slopes in what they describe as “extremely uncommon coyote habits.”

Employees from Idaho Fish and Recreation and resort workers are working collectively on a plan to lure and kill the coyotes within the curiosity of public security.
