31-Year-Old Female Dies in Southern Idaho Single-Vehicle Crash

POCATELLO – Idaho State Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Sunday night in southern Idaho.

According to police, at 11:34 p.m. Sunday, a 31-year-old female from Jerome, was driving a 2008 Nissan Altima southbound on US91, just south of Reservation Road, in Bannock County. The vehicle impacted a concrete wall, a telephone pole, and then rolled.

The female was not wearing a seatbelt and succumbed to her injuries on scene of the crash.

All lanes of travel were blocked for approximately four hours.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
