Mother and 2 children found safe after being taken by force
DENVER (KDVR) — An Amber Alert was canceled when a mom and her two kids have been discovered secure after they have been taken by pressure in a home violence incident Saturday morning.
DPD mentioned Francheska Tafoya, 24, and her two kids, 1-year-old Naveana Maruffo and 2-month-old Ramon Maruffo, have been taken by pressure from the world of E. fortieth Avenue and N. Colorado Boulevard. Julian Maruffo-Guiterrez, 28, is listed because the suspect within the incident and is probably harmful.
Police mentioned Tafoya and her kids have been final seen round 10 a.m. Saturday and that they could have been touring in a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban with Colorado license plate 4111262. It was believed they could have been heading to the Fort Collins/Loveland space, police mentioned.
Maruffo-Guiterrez was described as a 6-foot white male who weighs 175 kilos with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police instructed FOX31 an investigation is underway and the division is predicted to launch a press release on Sunday.
