3-star OL Talan Chandler flips from Colorado to Mizzou

And the good times keep rolling for Missouri football.

Fresh off a 31-30 comeback victory over Florida on Saturday, Eliah Drinkwitz and Co. landed a commitment from 3-star offensive lineman Talan Chandler on Sunday. The Nevada, Mo. native was previously committed to Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes but flipped his decision to join the Tigers.

Chandler becomes the second offensive line commitment of this 2024 class and the fifth in-state product.

You’ll see Chandler being utilized in a lot of pulling action from his interior positioning, which shows that he has great footwork and some solid athleticism in the open field.

And, as you virtually every great offensive lineman is, Chandler is a mauler. He loves finishing blocks with the defender in the dirt, and his leg drive is perhaps his greatest strength. I can’t see him stepping in and being able to physically dominate the way he did in high school, but Chandler certainly could be a project player that develops into a versatile lineman with how well he is able to move.
