GREENWOOD COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office said a semi-trailer that went missing from the area is being returned after it was recently found in California.

Deputies said they began investigating on January 24 when a deputy took a report about a trailer that had gone missing from a warehouse in Greenwood County.

According to deputies, when they took the report, it was known that the trial had gone from Greenwood County to New Mexico.

Deputies stated that they contacted officials in New Mexico but were unable to find the trailer. However, deputies confirmed that this morning, a representative from the company that owns the trailer reported that they believed the trailer was near San Francisco, California.
