High Speed Rail construction to close southeast Fresno roads for more than 2 years
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A significant closure is coming to southeast Fresno.
California Excessive-Pace Rail building would require the closure of Church Avenue from Golden State Boulevard to only east of East Avenue.
The closure will final from April 17 to the autumn of 2025.
“We’re constructing 119 miles in Central Valley. Church Avenue is certainly one of our essential crossings we’re doing proper now,” mentioned Garth Fernandez, California Excessive Pace Rail Authority Central Valley Regional Director
Railroad Avenue can be closed from Jensen to Florence Avenue.
Site visitors can be rerouted alongside California Avenue to Golden State and to the south from Jensen to Cedar Avenue.
