Governor Gavin Newsom to address current state of California drought
CALIFORNIA (KFSN) — Governor Gavin Newsom is in Northern California Friday morning to speak in regards to the newest on the state’s drought standing.
He’ll spend the day visiting a water challenge in Yolo County.
Governor Newsom plans to focus on the state’s efforts to spice up water provides.
Two weeks in the past, Newsom signed an government order that briefly lifted rules and set situations for diverting flood-stage water to extend groundwater recharge storage.
The Governor will communicate at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
