California House Uninhabitable After Being Hit by Truck
ORANGE, Calif. (AP) — A suburban Southern California residence was deemed uninhabitable after a pickup truck slammed into it in a suspected DUI crash, authorities stated.
The pickup sideswiped a parked automotive, veered off the highway and slammed via the entrance of the home late Friday in Orange, police stated.
Pictures from the scene confirmed the dark-colored pickup practically absolutely contained in the one-story residence.
No person contained in the residence was injured. The motive force of the truck, a 55-year-old from Villa Park, was handled for minor accidents earlier than being arrested on suspicion of DUI, Orange police Sgt. Phil McMullin stated.
The crash triggered a minor gasoline leak, which was shortly stopped, the Orange County Register reported. The house was red-tagged, that means it is not secure to inhabit, the Register stated.
