The boy had raced forward of the adults on a path in San Mateo County, south of San Francisco, Tuesday when the massive cat pounced on him and pinned him to the bottom, stated Capt. Patrick Foy, a spokesman with the California Division of Fish and Wildlife.
“The little boy was fairly viciously attacked by a mountain lion that took him to the bottom and commenced biting into him,” Foy stated.
He stated the boy fought the mountain lion and tried to free himself however the animal solely let go after the kid’s mom charged at it.
