Woman rescued through car window during Arizona flash flood
A girl in Arizona trapped when raging floodwaters instantly enveloped her automotive was saved in a daring rescue outdoors Phoenix, video exhibits.
Sue Teders was driving on a dry gravel street with no rain close by when a wall of water instantly appeared, inflicting her to get caught, Fox Climate reported. The state has been hit with a barrage of monsoons and flash flooding since Thursday, in line with AZ Central.
Two cops, one detention officer and a firefighter pulled Teders via the again seat window of her mostly-submerged automotive as a river of floodwater rushes round them, in line with physique cam footage of the incident in Apache Junction.
Within the video, the lady could be heard begging the rescuers, “Are you able to get my canine?” to which one replies “It doesn’t matter, let’s go.” The pet, named Claire, has not been discovered.
