PHOENIX – Rocker Maynard James Keenan’s Arizona wine empire is rising like well-tended grapevines.

The 1,500-foot venue has house for 40 friends plus a store providing seasonal objects equivalent to olives, apple butter and jam from Merkin Gardens & Orchards together with house-made gelati and sorbetti.
