PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — The southbound lanes of Interstate 17 close to Cactus Highway are again open in north Phoenix Monday night time following a critical crash. In response to the Division of Public Security, a driver crashed right into a tree simply earlier than the Cactus Highway on-ramp. He was taken to the hospital, however his situation is unknown.
