Dave Sears hired as Arizona Cardinals’ assistant GM, per report

The Cardinals are reportedly hiring Detroit Lions director of school scouting Dave Sears as Arizona’s assistant common supervisor below GM Monti Ossenfort, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
It marks Ossenfort’s first recognized rent in his new position. It’s a well-known one, too, as he and Sears labored collectively in Houston for 3 seasons (2002, 2004-05).
