Coyotes sign Hayton to 2-year deal before camp
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The Arizona Coyotes have signed ahead Barrett Hayton to a two-year contract proper earlier than the beginning of coaching camp.
Monetary phrases of the deal introduced Tuesday weren’t launched.
Hayton, 22, was a restricted free agent and never initially listed on Arizona’s roster for camp, which begins Thursday.
Hayton had 10 targets and 14 assists in 60 video games with the Coyotes final season, all profession highs.
Arizona drafted the participant from Peterborough, Ontario, with the fifth total choose of the 2018 NHL draft. He has 13 targets and 18 assists in 94 profession video games with the Coyotes.
