TUCSON, Ariz. – The mother and father of two transgender women in Arizona are submitting a lawsuit that challenges a year-old state legislation that bans their daughters from collaborating in class sports activities.
Attorneys for the households filed a grievance on April 18 in U.S. District Courtroom in Tucson. Their names should not utilized in courtroom paperwork out of worry for his or her youngsters’s security.
