Arizona House votes to expel state Rep. Liz Harris
PHOENIX – The Arizona Home has voted to expel Republican state lawmaker Liz Harris.
The ultimate vote on Wednesday was 46 to 13.
On April 11, the Home Ethics Committee issued a report saying Harris broke a rule throughout an election presentation.
Home Democrats filed an ethics grievance following a presentation from a Scottsdale insurance coverage agent in February, saying Harris invited Jacqueline Breger to talk, the place she made critical and unfounded allegations accusing elected officers, judges and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints of taking bribes and laundering cash for the Sinaloa Cartel.
