Arizona drug trafficker sentenced to 5 years for selling fentanyl

PHOENIX — An Arizona man was sentenced to 5 years in jail final week for his function in a drug trafficking group, authorities stated.

Jose Dioicio Buelna pleaded responsible to at least one depend of possessing fentanyl and was sentenced on Might 17, the Arizona Lawyer Generals Workplace stated in a press launch. 

He’d been indicted on Jan. 3 on counts of fentanyl possession, conspiracy and illegally conducting an enterprise.

Gilbert police arrested Buelna on Dec. 21, 2021, after he was seen arriving at a drug transaction with 5 kilograms of fentanyl powder, the discharge stated.
