Team from Evangel Church travels to Alaska for missions trip – Shelby County Reporter

A gaggle of 15 people from Evangel Church PCA traveled to Alaska just lately on a short-term mission journey.

The group left Alabaster on July 8 for a visit led by Thirst Missions, and headed to Palmer, Alaska.

In accordance with the church Fb web page, the group landed in Anchorage, Alaska, the place they then spent many of the journey in Palmer, which is about 45 minutes north of Anchorage.

The group partnered with Pioneer Baptist Church and pastor Mark Fontecchio.

The workforce served the church and the neighborhood by means of service initiatives and Trip Bible College.
