The Alaska Railroad (ARRC) has named Seward Port Supervisor Christy Terry as director of exterior affairs. By the summer season, Terry will assist facilitate a easy port administration transition by supporting operations on the ARRC Seward Terminal Reserve as wanted, based on a launch from the railroad.
