Alaska labor commissioner resigns for undisclosed reasons

The top of the Alaska Division of Labor and Workforce Growth unexpectedly resigned Tuesday, inflicting Gov. Mike Dunleavy to call Deputy Commissioner Cathy Muñoz the company’s performing boss.
