Alaska Airlines And CLEAR Partner Up, Give Enrollees Up To 1,500 Miles

Alaska Airlines and CLEAR have announced a new partnership to give travelers a quicker experience through airport security. The airline and CLEAR are giving Mileage Plan members a preferred rate on CLEAR Plus services. Here are the details of this new partnership.

Alaska Airlines And CLEAR Partnership

Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan members can now enroll in a CLEAR Plus membership for a preferred rate of $179. Elite Mileage Plan members registering in the new CLEAR partnership will also get 1,500 miles. Elite members who already have CLEAR can get 1,250 miles annually upon renewal.

All Mileage Plan members who enroll in CLEAR Plus for the first time can get an additional 1,000 miles. This offer is available through July 16, 2023.

Additionally, for $70 each, Mileage Plus members can add up to three family members or friends to their account. Travelers under 18 can participate in the CLEAR Plus services for free as long as they are traveling with a CLEAR Plus member over 18.

Benefits Of CLEAR Plus

Travelers enrolled in CLEAR Plus can move through airport security more quickly at select airports thanks to the digital identification system. Once enrolled in CLEAR Plus, travelers can skip the lines and get to their gates faster after they verify their identity with their eyes or fingerprints at participating airports. There are currently 52 airports nationwide participating in the program.
