Tottenham manager Antonio Conte sympathizes with banned Russian athletes: ‘It’s not fair’

Former Chelsea head coach and present Tottenham Hotspur supervisor Antonio Conte expressed his sympathy this week for Russian athletes banned from worldwide competitors following Russia’s assaults on Ukraine, saying “it’s not truthful.” 

The Italian-born coach known as the conflict a “very unhappy” scenario however added that the worldwide calls to ban Russian and Belarusian athletes from competitors is “not proper.”
