Riverside substitute teacher arrested on suspicion of child sexual abuse
A 53-year-old man who works instead trainer has been arrested on suspicion of kid sexual abuse, authorities mentioned Wednesday.
Detectives assigned to the sexual assault unit of the Riverside Police Division started investigating allegations of sexual abuse towards a minor earlier this month.
They arrested Carl Jess Sanchez, of Riverside, on April 9. He was booked on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault and lewd and lascivious acts towards a toddler beneath 14. His bail was set at $1 million, police mentioned.
