Police say the person shot and killed the house intruder after his mother referred to as him for assist.

HOUSTON — A person who fatally shot a suspected residence intruder may face fees, in response to the Houston Police Department.

Man shot and killed throughout residence invasion try whereas disguised as nurse, police say

An investigation by HPD into the incident says that detectives consulted with the Harris County District Legal professional’s Workplace and decided it will be referred to a grand jury.

Initially, Houston police mentioned the deceased man disguised himself as a nurse or residence well being care employee and tried to get inside a girl’s residence. The person then tried to power his means in, when the mom referred to as her son for assist.

The son then shot and killed the suspected residence intruder, in response to Houston police.

After the investigation, police say the lady was really asleep when the person compelled his means into the bed room. She retrieved a pistol and the person walked out of the house.

The mom then referred to as her son for assist. After the decision, the alleged residence invader was held at gunpoint by the mom till her son arrived, in response to police.

The son, described as a 40-year-old male, informed officers he confronted the person after which shot him after the suspect lunged at him.

Neither the deceased residence invader or the shooter had been recognized by Houston police.

No different particulars on the kind of fees the son may face can be found at the moment.
