West Virginia deputy finds owl in his cruiser

RITCHIE COUNTY, W.Va. – Corporal Justice with the Ritchie County Sheriff’s Division had a novel passenger in his cruiser on Tuesday.

In a video posted to the division’s Fb web page, Justice exhibits the owl on his passenger floorboard. It didn’t look thrilled that Justice had interrupted no matter it was doing.

“Present state of affairs…I’ve an owl in my cruiser. Oh my god, any individual assist me,” Justice stated within the video with fun.

The Fb submit stated that the division is able to settle for the owl onto its workers. “Deputy Whoot might be our latest deputy!” stated the submit.

All Deputy Whoot is lacking is a pair of sun shades to match Corporal Justice.

Deputy Whoot is a Barred Owl, that are widespread in West Virginia. They eat small animals resembling squirrels, mice, birds and even lizards and small fish and crayfish. They aren’t harmful to people and assaults are extraordinarily uncommon.
