MAN, W.Va. — West Virginia State Police have a man in custody for allegedly shooting at another man while riding a bike.
Troopers responded to a reported shooting on Main Street in Man. During their investigation, they located Vincent Doherty, 44 of Accoville, and took him into custody without incident. Doherty is accused of shooting at another man who was riding his bike.
Ronald Lusk, 49 of Man, was hit one time in the arm. He was transported to Logan Regional Medical Center.
Doherty is charged with attempt to commit a felony (murder), malicious wounding, wanton endangerment involving a firearm and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
State Police said Lusk’s injuries were non-life threatening and that an investigation is ongoing.
