MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) – The Bishop of the Wheeling-Charleston diocese, Mark Brennan, got here to Hazel’s Home of Hope in Morgantown to have a good time the opening of the brand new Catholic Charities West Virginia workplace.
