Retired officer arrested outside U.S. Capitol with body armor, ammo and fake Interpol badge

A retired New York police officer was arrested outdoors of the U.S. Capitol constructing in Washington, D.C., on Friday morning after he was discovered with a faux badge, physique armor, a BB gun and ammunition that included excessive capability magazines.

Jerome Felipe, of Flint, Michigan, was taken into custody by U.S. Capitol Police round 5 a.m. after he parked his 2017 Dodge Challenger close to the constructing, in keeping with a USCP information launch.
