Member-Only Vet Clinic Parker & Ace Debuting in D.C.

Parker & Ace, a full-service, membership-based veterinary clinic, will open its first location in Washington, D.C., later this month.

The clinic signed a 2,700-square-foot lease at 501 H Road NE with landlord Douglas Improvement, which acquired the property in 2013 for $5 million. On the time, the developer demolished an current constructing and changed it with a six-story, 22,165-square-foot mixed-use constructing with three ranges of retail and 28 house items. 

Almost 40 % of D.C. residents personal a pet, in line with the American Veterinary Medical Affiliation.

“D.C. is likely one of the high 10 pet-friendly cities in America, so it made sense to launch the flagship location of Parker & Ace within the nation’s capital,” Alexis McLaughlin, co-founder and CEO of the corporate, informed Industrial Observer. “H Road, particularly, is a good location for our first clinic — it’s a community-oriented neighborhood stuffed with pet-friendly flats, canine parks and native companies, and we’re excited to be a part of it.”

Parker & Ace will embody an on-site surgical procedure suite and laboratory, full with digital radiology and ultrasound gear for diagnostic testing.

The area was a chilly darkish shell, so the Parker & Ace group mentioned it was in a position to customise the area to create a low-stress veterinary surroundings for pets, pet homeowners and veterinary professionals alike.
