Mayor Bowser to Launch Career Coach DC Program

(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, July 7, at 12 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser will launch the Profession Coach DC program and spotlight investments in District applications to assist residents progress of their careers from internships, summer season employment, to coaching and helps.

Mayor Bowser’s Fiscal 12 months 2022 price range invested $3.4 million to create the Profession Coach DC Grant program, which can provide DC residents customized assist and join them to schooling, coaching, and employment alternatives.

The Mayor will go to a free Tech 101 Workshop, operated by the Workplace of the Chief Expertise Officer and taught by Mayor Marion S. Barry Summer season Youth Employment Program digital ambassadors, which affords residents the chance to study new expertise utilizing their smartphones and tablets.
