Group Calls on DC to Fix Dozens of Street Light Outages
A neighborhood nonprofit is asking the District to take have a look at avenue lights throughout the town. They are saying they discovered and reported dozens of outages throughout D.C. this weekend, with many in areas which have seen lots of crime. News4’s Walter Morris reviews.
