Clean Road Espresso, a small-format espresso store that prides itself on serving high quality espresso at costs decrease than Starbucks, is opening its first D.C. places.

Particulars: The 2 new outlets can be at 1847 seventh Road in Shaw and 1250 Connecticut Ave. in Dupont Circle.

  • The model plans to convey a complete of ten places to the D.C. space.

The Dupont location will maintain a gentle launch right now whereas the Shaw location will gentle launch tomorrow. Each places will have fun a grand opening on Friday with $2 drinks and all proceeds going to D.C. Central Kitchen.

The way it works: Clean Road’s outlets are small, meant for purchasers to seize their drinks and go. The menu has all of the espresso fundamentals plus just a few seasonal drinks, and pastries from Contemporary Baguette and Inexperienced Almond Pantry.

Background: The espresso store first opened through the pandemic and has since launched over 40 outlets throughout New York, Boston, and London.
