ELFA to Host Inaugural Equity Forum Nov. 6-7 in Washington, D.C.

The Tools Leasing and Finance Affiliation will maintain the inaugural ELFA Fairness Discussion board from Nov. 6-7, 2022 in Washington, D.C., to rejoice and advance range, fairness and inclusion (DEI) within the gear finance trade. Business professionals representing all DEI classes, allies and people fascinated about creating inclusivity of their organizations, are inspired to attend.

“The Fairness Discussion board might be a welcoming and protected house to debate what we collectively can do to advance fairness in our work, our trade and our world,” Scott Thacker, CPA, CLFP, founding chair of the fairness committee on the ELFA, stated. “I’m most trying ahead to bringing collectively folks from all through our trade and witnessing the synergy and plans to extend a concentrate on DEI that end result.
