District Man Sentenced to More Than 10 Years in Prison for Killing Man on Street in Southeast Washington
WASHINGTON – Cecil Smith, 29, of Washington, D.C., was sentenced immediately to 10 years and 9 months in jail for fatally taking pictures a person final yr in Southeast Washington, introduced U.S. Legal professional Matthew M.
