PARKERSBURG — Mister Bee Potato Chips Co. of Parkersburg was a sponsor of the USO Awards Dinner on March 23 at The Anthem in Washington, D.C.

Amongst these attending have been Mary Anne Ketelsen, president of Mister Bee, Rob Graham, basic supervisor of the Parkersburg-based potato chip maker, and Christian Welch of the U.S. Air Pressure, a relative of Ketelsen’s. Additionally attending have been Lee Greenwood, a rustic singer, and Drew Carey, TV host, comic and U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Mister Bee introduced its newest “Salute Our Troops” baggage of chips.

About 750 folks attended the occasion. Different main sponsors have been Boeing, Google, Big Meals, Lowe’s, Raytheon, Basic Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Bell Applied sciences, AWS, LMI and Cisco.

Carey, the host of the “Worth Is Proper,” was emcee. Lee Greenwood sang “God Bless the USA” and Thompson Sq. carried out.
