5-month-old pit bull stolen in armed robbery in Washington DC

Washington, DC police are requesting the general public’s help in finding a stolen canine in an armed theft.

The theft happened on Wednesday at roughly 10:30 p.m. in northeast DC, in accordance with the Metropolitan Police Division (MPD).

The suspect approached the proprietor and the canine, confirmed a handgun and demanded the canine. The proprietor gave the animal to the suspect.

The suspect reportedly ran from the scene with the canine whereas the proprietor chased after them.

The handgun was fired within the path of the proprietor, and the suspect acquired away. Nobody was injured in the course of the incident, police mentioned.

The canine stolen was a 5-month-old feminine pit bull combine named Genesis. She is brindle in coloration with a white spot on her chest.

DC police requested that anybody with information of this case to name 202-727-9099. A reward of as much as $10,000 is being supplied to anybody who can assist present info.
