2-Year-Old Boy in Critical Condition After Being Found Unconscious Outside DC Building
A two-year-old boy is in crucial situation after he was discovered unconscious Thursday evening outdoors a Washington, D.C. residence constructing. Police are investigating whether or not the kid might have been bodily abused.
