RICHMOND, Va. – Governor Glenn Youngkin has issued a flag order for Memorial Day in honor of all navy members who’ve died whereas serving the U.S.

Youngkin has ordered that U.S. flags, Virginia flags and POW/MIA flags be flown at half-staff in all state and native buildings and grounds within the Commonwealth in honor and reminiscence of Memorial Day.

Flags will probably be lowered at dawn on Monday, Might 30 and stay at half-staff till sundown.
