Virginia Beach police officer hit by bullet after other officer’s gun goes off during struggle
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A police officer was recovering from minor accidents Thursday after one other officer’s gun went off, and the bullet hit him.
The division stated an individual who was in custody struggled with police on the hospital. Throughout the battle, one officer’s gun discharged. That is when the opposite officer was hit and harm.
Virginia Seaside Police Division stated the officer who was harm had minor accidents and was in good spirits. A tweet from the division solely stated the bullet hit the officer in “a decrease extremity.”
