Virginia ABC says data glitch caused rare whiskey lottery issues

Right now, a lot of whiskey drinkers in Virginia are awfully fired up. It’s because of the results of a recent state-run lottery that’s supposed to give residents a fair shot at rare bottles of liquor. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal explains what went wrong.
