VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Two adults have been displaced following a two-story construction hearth.

The Virginia Seashore Hearth Division responded to the hearth round 6:32 a.m. this morning on Louisa Avenue. That’s close to First Colonial Highway.

When crews arrived there was a considerable amount of smoke coming from the primary flooring which unfold rapidly to the second flooring.

In keeping with VBFD, the two-story construction served as a daycare middle throughout the week.
